Casey and I are engaged!

TRUE LOVE. PURE FATE. SOUL MATES.

I spent most of my life swearing I would never settle for 'just ok'. I wanted something real, something lasting...an eternal ‘honeymoon phase’. There were moments where I felt what I wanted might not exist… but something in my gut had me believing in TRUE LOVE.

From kids frolicking in the yard on Fenner Ave…. to teenagers having summer flings in Lavellette….to adults reconnecting on opposite sides of the country. The universe seemed to always put us in each other’s lives. PURE FATE.

We always knew there was this deep connection between us, something we could never put into words but could feel so intensely with our hearts. SOUL MATES.

I often find myself thanking the universe for this beautiful life we have together. It is what I always hoped for and dreamed of and I feel so truly blessed and happy…my little world never felt so right :)

Memorial Day Weekend at Mammoth

After getting rained out of our trip to Sequoia National Park for Memorial Day wknd, we headed to the Eastern Sierra instead and met up with the Lane's, the Murphy's and John, Holly, & Jim Buche. It pretty much felt like summer out with the warm temps, but it looked like winter with all of the snow. Laner hooked up a great place (possibly one of the best) and we'll be back - if they let us.
